The 5th International Conference on Water Resource and Environment (WRE 2019) July 16th-19th, 2019, Macao Organized by Macao Convention and Exhibition Association, co-organized by Macau University of Science and Technology, WRE 2019 attracted 260 participants from 24 countries and regions. More than 230 papers were accepted in indexed journals and proceedings. In addition to 12 voted best oral presenters, 3 best poster presentations from poster session were also selected and the winners were awarded with certificates and free registration for WRE 2020.
		The 4th International Conference on Water Resource and Environment (WRE 2018) July 17th - 21st, 2018, Taiwan Held at I-Shou University, Taiwan, WRE 2018 attracted about 240 participants from 28 countries including four Plenary Speakers, thirty invited speakers. There were twelve oral sessions and one poster session. Twelve oral presenters were elected to be waivered off the registration fee for WRE 2019 to encourage further academic efforts and enthusiasm.

Five best oral presenters were elected to be waivered off the registration fee for WRE 2018 to encourage further academic efforts.
		The 2nd International Conference on Water Resource and Environment (WRE 2016) July 23rd-26th, 2016, Shanghai Containing five keynote speeches, six invited speeches, four oral sessions and a poster session, the Second WRE Conference provided a great platform for worldwide researchers and scholars to exchange and share their experience and research results. More than 100 excellent papers were published and indexed successfully after the conference.
		The 1st International Conference on Water Resource and Environment (WRE 2015) July 25th-28th, 2015 Beijing The first WRE conference was held in the capital of China, Beijing in July 2015. More than one hundred participants including nine Plenary Speakers joined in WRE 2015 and made WRE conference series start being a good platform for academic exchange in the field of water resource and environment science.
