Room Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made and received in writing.
Cancellations 10 days prior to the start of the conference ( i.e. 13 July, 2016 ) will receive a full refund.
Cancellations between 3 and 10 days prior to the start of the conference will be refunded 90% of fees.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations within 3 days of the start of the conference ( i.e. 20 July, 2016 ) or no-shows.
