Qingdao University International Center for Academic Exchanges is located in the Qingdao University, 308 Ningxia Road, Qingdao South, adjacent to Qingdao’s Logo “May Wind” in Wusi Square. The hotel is a five-story building above the ground with 130 sets of rooms. With convenient transportation, it takes about 20 minutes to Qingdao Railway Station, 30 minutes to the airport and 15 minutes to the Scenic Sport Badaguan.

Room Reservations
For room reservations, please reserve through Hotel Reservation Session via WRE 2017 Submission System. The reservation fee of 60USD for one night should be paid in advance. Besides, it is greatly appreciated if you could fill in the hotel reservation form and send it back to info@wreconf.org.
Room Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made and received in writing.
Cancellations 10 days prior to the start of the conference (i.e. May 2nd, 2017) will receive a full refund.
Cancellations between 3 and 10 days prior to the start of the conference will be refunded 90% of fees.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations within 3 days of the start of the conference (i.e. June 24, 2017) or no-shows.
